The Legendary Clutha
Trolling for trout on the Clutha. This is the second biggest river (by volume) in New Zealand and it has a lot of history. It is rumoured to contain more gold than any other river in New Zealand but the river is too deep and fast flowing to dredge or mine. The Clutha holds plenty of trout but care should always be exercised around such a powerful river.
